Team Ministry/Spiritual Gifts
Now about the spiritual gifts [the special endowments given by the Holy Spirit], brothers and sisters, I do not want you to be uninformed. (1 Corinthians 12:1, Amp)
Our Goal
To help every member discover their unique spiritual gift(s) that enables every member to serve in an area of ministry that complements their gift(s), thus creating:
  • maximum effectiveness and efficiency;
  • maximum fulfillment with minimum frustration for each member;
  • equipping them to serve God.

Pastor Cliff Lawson teaching "Why Every Christian Should Know Their Spiritual Gift."
